Beyond 25 active sitters: $3 per sitter, per month.
Fair use
Because there is no per-sitter charge, paid plans carry usage allowances that scale with the size of your organization rather than with your headcount bill.
- Text messages
- 500 outbound segments per active sitter each month, up to 25,000 per organization. Overage billed at cost plus 20%.
- Storage
- 5 GB per organization, plus 1 GB per active sitter beyond the first. Overage billed at cost plus 20%.
- Transactional email — reports, invoices, reminders — is not capped.
Card payments
Floofurz uses Stripe to let your clients pay their invoices by card. Funds settle directly to your business's own Stripe account, and we do not take a percentage of your payments. You pay Stripe's standard processing fees, exactly as you would if you had integrated Stripe yourself.
